I’m a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), and a certified Pilates instructor and strength coach.
I’ve been coaching via telehealth for the past three years of my nine-year coaching history, and have worked with a variety of patient populations. I know how hard it can be to return to movement, and feel passionately about meeting clients where they’re at. That’s why I train and practice via telehealth – it’s accessible to most and expands my reach across the country.
